SFEYP event | Championing Neurodivergent Employees

  • Scottish Financial Enterprise 24 Melville Street Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 7BJ United Kingdom (map)

Did you know that around 15% of us are Neurodivergent? Being neurodivergent can bring significant benefits to your organisation and your workplace, including: being very creative and original thinkers. For employers, tapping into and unlocking this potential is key to enabling neurodivergent young professionals to grow and thrive and enable you to bring your best to work.

As SFE’s Young Professionals we want you to embrace and champion neurodiversity and be confident sharing your story and experiences positively. During this session you will hear from the Co-Chairs of NatWest Bank’s Enable Neurodiversity Alliance (Employee Led Network), explaining about neurodiversity and why championing it is the right thing to do and fundamental to success of an organisation and its employees to build safe, supportive and inclusive environments; empowering all to grow and thrive. Additionally, you will hear from young professionals sharing their own lived experience of being neurodiverse with the opportunity in a Q&A for you to engage with our panelists.

The event is open to all members of the SFE Young Professionals Network. Register here.
