The financial services industry is pivotal to the future or our planet via the distribution of capital towards sustainable business models. Transformation at scale and speed is a necessity and new skills and attitudes in the industry are required. However, training in financial services is too often perceived as a chore or a task because the majority of training is delivered to appease regulators or to ‘tick the box’. Upskilling entire workforces often takes too long and isn’t cost effective.
Attain’s game-based learning platform for the financial services industry will re-connect corporate learning to purpose, it will re-ignite the passion for learning, and it will build internal networks for collective intelligence and innovation. It has been co-developed with support from leading global banks and it represents a new way of learning – engaging, social, competitive, and impactful.
