This year’s theme, ‘Accelerate Action,’ highlights the critical need to drive meaningful change and take bold steps toward empowering women in every aspect of their lives.
Our event will feature our keynote speaker, Roland Inglis, Partner & Head of Scotland/ North for Capco and SFE Board member.
Roland will be addressing how allies can better understand the challenges women face and actively contribute to creating a more equitable future.
Following on from this, a dynamic panel discussion will explore career planning and self-limiting beliefs, encouraging attendees to go forward unapologetically and reflect on the question: ‘Are you holding yourself back?’
The panel alongside our host Jayne Currie, Director of Membership at SFE will also tackle the question of ‘What barriers in the industry are holding you back?’ and how we can work together to move the dial.
