Thriving, not just surviving | 20 years of shaping women’s financial future

Women are breaking boundaries and achieving more than ever. Yet, many still face financial challenges, especially in later life.

For the past 20 years, Scottish Widows has led pioneering research on Women and Retirement, championing awareness of the gender pension gap and pushing the industry toward meaningful change. Now, this panel takes the conversation further—moving beyond awareness to impactful action.

Join us for an engaging conversation with industry leaders and innovators as we explore how to better support women’s financial futures and empower them to thrive.

This event will cover:

· Scottish Widows: Key findings from two decades of Women and Retirement research, highlighting the urgent need to address women’s financial well-being throughout their lives.

·The Wisdom Council: Inspired by consumer giants like Amazon and Netflix, Yes She Can reimagines how financial services engage women. Leveraging insights from TWC’s CitizeniQ fintech platform, we’ll examine how brands can support women at every stage, building financial resilience.

· The Female Lead: Combining The Female Lead’s community of over 8 million women with Starcount’s data-driven insights, we uncover what women value, where they shop, and why they buy—transforming how we authentically reach and connect with women.

This isn’t just another webinar on “awareness.” It’s a call to action—an opportunity to turn 20 years of insight into strategies that move women from simply surviving to truly thriving.
