Senior Office Administrator
Fixed Term: 9-month contract, with potential to extend
Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience
Location: Office based 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home

The Position

As our Senior Office Administrator, you will support the whole team, with tasks ranging from general office admin, member platform management, meeting support to helping with organisation and coordination of member events.

Responsibilities:

Office:

·       General office administration tasks

·       Day to day management of the member platform, ensuring data is clean and up to date, as well as providing insightful reports to help inform our member strategy and relationship management activity.

·       New Member onboarding activity.

·       Holiday cover for CEO diary.

Membership support:

·       Event and Member admin tasks on the member platform

·       Monitor the events inbox and keep the event calendar up to date.

·       Support event attendee communications e.g. invites and confirmations

·       Support the event manager to set up and welcome members to events.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

·       Minimum 4+ years of office administration experience.

·       A confident communicator with good relationship management skills.

·       Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

·       Able to prioritise and multitask, as the job often requires dealing with multiple parties and tasks concurrently.

·       Must be competent in Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of database management.

·       Previous events and diary support/management experience is desirable, but not essential.

You may be required to work outside normal 9-5 hours and travel, but you will be given time back to compensate.

This role is office based with some flexibility to work from home occasionally.
