Scottish Financial Enterprise has launched its new Gender Equality Network (GEN) on International Women’s Day, which aims to support and further build on sector-wide efforts on gender equality and gender parity.

Amy has extensive experience supporting the development of young professionals in her community and promoting equal opportunities for those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds, and was recently awarded the Role Model of the Year award for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion by Barclays Scotland.

Her role on the board will include sponsoring SFE’s strategic focus on changing customer needs, a key theme for SFE members, particularly as the cost-of-living crisis continues to impact on customers across Scotland.
